Colorado Hot Springs
Colorado has many hot springs each with their unique qualities. Here are my favorites:
1. Avalanche Ranch Hot Springs- This one we recently found. Set near beautiful Aspen, Redstone, and Marble Colorado the resort requires reservations in advance to either stay there or to visit the pools. They have adorable covered wagons and cabins to stay in and 4 hot spring pools of varying temperatures. Staying here is like staying in a hotel in other words "glamping sites."

2. Strawberry Hot Springs.
Up a dirt road past Steamboat Springs is Strawberry Park Hot Springs. Although four wheel drive is required during the winter, it is quite worth the drive. It is the most natural looking hot springs that has been turned commercial. There are reservable cabins, covered wagons, tent sites and a caboose. A wide range of pools with varying temperatures are along a snow feed creek. There are minimal facilities here. It is like a really nice camp site. One must bring their own linens, but the scenery is well worth the more rugged stay.

3. Mount Princeton Hot Springs.
By Buena Vista, this resort is unique for its pools by the creek. By adjusting the amount of water that enters from the creek you are able to control the temperature. The resort is quite expensive for a stay but if you reserve you can use the pools restricted to guests only.
4. Penny Hot Springs.
Located close to the Avalanche Ranch hot springs by mile marker 55 on the side of the road on the way to Marble colorado. This hot springs is completely free and completely unmarked.

5. Glenwood Hot Springs.
This is the first hot springs I went to in Colorado. It contains two large pools one that is really hot and the other which is just warm. It is quite expensive but if you go late at night you can get a discounted rate.
6. Trimble Hot Springs.
Near Durango colorado this resort has cabins you can book and a couple of pools. Price was reasonable to swim for a couple hours.
There are quite a few hot springs in Colorado. As I go to more personally, I will fill in the gaps.
